Friendly staff and good location for the train station and a short walk to the sea front. Was able to leave bags before checking in and also discounted parking from a nearby car park which was helpful. Room was good, only 2 teabags for 2 people for 1 night and would have been nice to have a couple more and also wooden spoons for making tea aren’t the best. Shower and bathroom was good, soap dispenser wasn’t working but used the shower one, really comfy bed and pillows. Slight noise from outside which can’t be helped but the curtains and windows didn’t shut a lot out and curtains were a little thin. We did try and eat there on the evening later on and although the kitchen said open until 10pm they were cleaning the oven at 9.40. Whilst I appreciate they may not often have people wanting it this late we were there for football and the hotel was very busy that night. Overall a good stay and would visit again!

Room: very spacious, great if you want to cycle and have your own bike with you. Location: amazing - very close to the station, got plenty of food choices around, walkable to the seafront and shops Staff: really lovely, really helpful, friendly and professional Bar: well stocked and you can order nearly everything you can think of! Amenities: Not expected but the body wash and shampoo are pretty good! There are extra pillows if you need, and also coffee and tea and kettle in the room. Very impressed.

The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, all fresh and hot food was hot. As we travelled by train the location was fantastic. A very short walk to deposit our bags. We enjoyed the walk down to the town although the hill back up was not so enjoyable on a very hot day. When it came to departure day we were able to deposit our bags and enjoy an extra day picking them up on our way back to the station.

I stayed for 2 nights for an event so didn’t spend a crazy amount of time in my room but staff were wonderful and very helpful! The room was good value for money, a nice comfy bed and plenty of space for one person, not sure how it would be for two. The proximity to the train station and the rest of town is very useful! Overall a pleasant experience and I’d definitely stay again when returning to Brighton!

Staff had a smile on their face! You could add even a coconut cream to your breakfast pancakes along with yogurt! A room on the 9th floor had a nice view over the surrounding lovely Brighton houses - really happy that they could provide this room! And the bed was super comfortable!
